Principal Partner
A modern hippie born and raised in Canada, now living abroad in Italy with her husband Stefano and beautiful baby girl Charli, Amber brings a warm, eclectic and creative approach to real estate investing.
With an entrepreneurial career spanning over 15 years in 7 industries, and a corporate career of nearly 5 years, she has valuable first-hand experience building businesses that help to provide our partners with effective, efficient and insightful real estate solutions. She knows what it takes to build and run a successful business, and how to apply those systems and strategies to real estate.
Amber’s real estate journey began when she started house hunting at age 19. It took some time to find a Realtor that would take her seriously, but eventually she met the agent that would help her to purchase her first home at age 21. The “New York style loft” apartment she wanted eventually transpired into the Oakridge townhouse that you see featured in our portfolio.
Amber works alongside our partners to help them set realistic goals, plan projects and implement strategies that will help them to grow their real estate portfolio and create generational wealth. She currently manages our real estate portfolio, but you can also find her consulting with clients, project planning, crunching numbers and documenting our projects on social media.
When she’s not perched at her laptop researching real estate, you can find Amber experimenting with new plant-based recipes, planning her next travel adventure or inspiring others to live more sustainably through The Modern Hippie Project. A creature of habit, you can often find her enjoying a warm caffeinated beverage and baked goodies at a nearby cafe sharing a few laughs.

Stefano Salvati
Italian Liason
An Italian native, handyman, and the loving husband of Amber – Stefano brings a deep cultural understanding and hands-on approach to our team.
Stefano has been a professional welder for the last 6 years, and previously worked as an auto mechanic and artisan leather tanner. He has an aptitude for building and repairing things, which has been extremely valuable as we renovate our Italian properties. He is known as a handyman within our community and has completed a number of projects that range from building pergolas to landscaping to building retail fixtures.
He works to help our International real estate partners navigate the intricacies of Italian bureaucracy and maintain Italian real estate from abroad. He is a natural when it comes to networking in Italy, and has helped us build strong relationships with trustworthy tradesmen and real estate professionals.
Outside of work, you’ll find Stefano foraging for wild mushrooms, gardening and practicing his English.
