The Strategy
When I arrived in Italy, my only objective at the time was to essentially live rent-free by purchasing my accommodation that I lived in while abroad.
Not only was I able to live rent-free, I was also able to rent it short term while not in use, and later on rented it to long term tenants when I moved in with my husband and his family. I sold it after almost a year and more than accomplished my goal.
The Location
The unit is located in the historical centre of Campagna. Home to La Chiena in the summer months, which is the beautiful tradition of flooding the town streets on weekends for the months of July and August.
